One of the best ways to stay healthy and enjoy everything that London has to offer is to get your steps in and walk around the city. Whether you’re commuting or just exploring, you’ll get to see so much more of London than you would if you were getting the tube, whether it’s a little coffee shop tucked away on a cute corner or a unique piece of art in a window that you fall in love with.

If you live on the outskirts, you might get the tube or choose parking in central London to get closer in, then walk for the rest of the way around the city. This is great for your health and such a great opportunity to clear your mind for the rest of the day.

Consider Cycling

Whilst we’re on the topic of being more active, another great choice to get healthier is to cycle. This is probably only a good option when the weather is good for most people, but it can completely slash the cost of your commute if you’re working in the city, or it’s also just generally a great option if you’re exploring.

Finally, you can fully unwind and clear your head before and after you start work, which can be fantastic for your mental health, which should be just as much of a priority as your physical health.

Another great way to stay fit in London is to try fun fitness classes. There are so many wonderful options around the city, such as puppy yoga, pole fitness, outdoor dance classes and so much more!
