Veterinarian's Survey

Seeking Veterinarians Who Work With Native Ontario Wildlife

OWREN is setting out to collect information about veterinarians in Ontario who are involved with wildlife rehabilitation.  If you are a licensed Ontario veterinarian and assist, or are willing to assist Authorized Wildlife Custodians in Ontario, or you are an Authorized Wildlife Custodian yourself, please download this form and send it in to us.

When this is completed, the information will be compiled into a resource handout and made available only to Authorized Wildlife Custodians in Ontario who are members of OWREN to provide them with some options and assistance with native Ontario wildlife that they rehabilitate and provide care for.

OWREN is interested in networking with veterinarians involved with wildlife rehabilitation for the purposes of increasing awareness, and disseminating information between veterinarians and wildlife custodians.

Information provided will not published in the OWREN Directory, or on the OWREN website nor will it be provided to members of the public. It's intended purpose is to serve as a resource for Authorized Wildlife Custodians who are looking for veterinarians in their area willing to work with them to help native Ontario wildlife.

Click here Vet Survey to download the short survey for veterinarians.
